These terms govern your use of the AuxinVas website (auxinvas.gr) and any pilot automation service delivered by AuxinVas. By accessing the site or engaging our service you accept these terms.
AuxinVas provides operator-managed AI automation pilots. Each pilot covers a fixed scope agreed in writing before work begins. Automation runs locally on the customer's machine; all actions require human approval before execution.
You may use the website and service for lawful business purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure.
Documents and data processed during a pilot remain the customer's property. AuxinVas does not retain copies of customer documents beyond what is necessary to complete the agreed task. Pilot results are shared only with the customer.
The website is provided as-is. The pilot service is experimental; outputs must be reviewed and approved by a qualified person before acting on them. AuxinVas is not liable for decisions made on the basis of automation output without adequate human review.
The AuxinVas name, logo, website content, and software are the property of AuxinVas. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Thessaloniki.
