A green AuxinVas leaf icon near your clock means the AI Worker is running. If you don't see it, click the small ^ arrow to show hidden icons. No icon at all means the Worker has stopped — double-click the Desktop shortcut to restart it.
Open Dashboard — Mark as Repetitive (flag a task you just did by hand) — Open Safety/Backups Folder — Open Logs Folder — Restart Local Worker — Stop Local Worker — Exit.
A small popup appears near the tray icon whenever new documents are waiting for your review — that's your cue to open the dashboard.
Right-click the tray icon → Open Dashboard. Or type http://127.0.0.1:18080 into your browser while the Worker is running. It only works on this computer.
Open the dashboard's Inbox tab. Review the extracted fields against the real document. Correct anything wrong, then click Approve, Correct, or Reject. Nothing is submitted anywhere until you do this.
Shown in small text under the AuxinVas logo on the dashboard (e.g. aaia-yourcompany-a1b2c3). Have it ready when you contact support.
